Bang & Bonsomer strives to be known as an innovative material technology company with knowledge and heritage dating back to 1927.
 
We spoke to Kirill Andreev, Head of Application “Adhesives”, at RosUpack 2019 to find out more about the company and their impressions of the show.
 

Why did you choose to exhibit at RosUpack?

RosUpack is a professional exhibition that’s attended by many of our potential customers.
 

What impressions do you have of the show so far?

There’s a large number of people attending, and the exhibition is very lively. We advised all our clients to attend. We’ve had many meetings, and we’ve signed some contracts. We’ve met with customer representatives and all visitors are experts and know what they want.
 

What are your reasons for expanding into Russia?

To increase sales, promote our brand, and increase our customer base.
 

Which markets are you focused on?

We are already represented throughout Europe, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus, Uzbekistan, etc. so we’re not planning on expanding our geography but rather to promote and improve our products.

We have a lot of divisions including chemistry for different areas and materials for different types of production, and much more. For now, we want to focus on the markets we already operate in.
 

What is your competitive advantage on the Russian market?

We have quality products, some of which are truly unique, leading manufacturers and partners, and are represented in all regions of Russia and in many other key countries.
 

What is your biggest challenge on the Russian market?

I don’t think we’ve had any major obstacles, probably because we have an experienced and well-coordinated team.
 

What advice would you give to other companies looking to enter the Russian market?

Do not be afraid to enter the Russian market, it is big enough and there are many ways to grow and show yourself.
 

What clients are you looking for at the exhibition?

Now we are looking for more manufacturers to enter into a joint contract.
 

How is the industry developing for your products?

At Bang & Bonsomer, we keep up with the times. And all that is really useful, we introduce to our company. These are eco-friendly and biodegradable products.
